The image could have been framed a little higher to eliminate the edge of the wall where it turns into something else. The tones are fine. I think your bracelets add a wonderful bit of tension. I like that you chose to sweep your hair over your shoulder instead of having it obscure your skin Because the image itself isn't really showing anything that you'd not want the world to see, I don't see the purpose in using the shirt. The continuity of skin, especially when doing yoga, is incredibly beautiful. I am not saying, hey go get naked and take pictures of yourself, I am merely stating that if you're not showing anything that would make you uncomfortable there is no reason to obscure the image in a way that makes it weaker than it otherwise could be. I have a ton of yoga shots from a model who I obscured with black and white paint that came out relatively fun, but the paint created continuity. To continue.... You shoulder blades are fine. Do you still have trouble taking pictures without a remote? I can give you some tips.

Meh, as far as conservatism goes, do what ever makes you feel most comfortable. Funily enough, my late reponse to this sound a little silly due to the most recent images you've done with the snake.
As for as shooting without a remote, you just need to get a stool or something and put a stuffed animal (or any object) where you're going to be and focus on that object. Turn auto focus off and move the object out of the way. Then set up a timer. That canon you have should have a timer for about 10seconds. you can set it to focus on where you will be, depress the shutter, go to pose. Furthermooooooore! You should be able to set the camera to shoot 1 to 10 photos at a time. So, you can do multiple poses and twists and what not and you'll have much less down time between shots.

Your shoulder blades look perfect to me. That's the way reverse namaste should look. I like the photo a lot.

Yes, I think they look normal. That's a fairly difficult pose and your shoulder blades naturally move a little in that pose. Look at someone else in this pose. You look very graceful.
