IF YOU FAVOURITE THIS PLEASE COMMENTi felt like trying something different so here it is
a comparison between a regular scope (top & right) and a Leupold VXL scope (bottom & left) ([link] )
as for the sniper it is a fully suppressed, single shot rifle used mainly by high level special forces snipers where 1 shot is all they need. it firesa .338 lapua magnum round and is effective out to 1500m although unconfirmed kills have been rumoured to be around the 1900-2000m mark

A fully suppressed rifle wouldn't be effective at 1500m. I'm not trying to stifle your creativity, it's neat and maybe would be possible with certain technology, but take the VSS Vintorez for example-very similar to this, only it has an effective range of about 300m (granted, it uses a less powerful round). It is a neat design and concept, though.

thanks, i understand where your coming from but i didnt really put much thought into the rifle, it was just something to demonstrate the scope differences
(also i think i read somewhere the vss was only 9mm so that would only have a small range anyway)

You're right-it is a 9mm round, but it's a 9x39mm round. That means it's a thicker version of the AK-47 round. I can see how that could be confusing.

the difference may be the edge in real life battle or hunt.

thankyou, the rifle was just a muckaround thing to hold the scope, i guess it turned out better than i thought, and as 4 the suppressed bit i mean the whole barrel is a suppressor
