It's a petty feud, they apparently hate each-other, although I think it's been sensationalized by certain fans. I was being Ironic because I've met many a MCR fan who refuses to even look at MM because "Gerard wouldn't like it." I don't listen to MCR, but only because I don't like the music. I'm sure Mr Way is an Okay guy.
