Hmm...

If you wanted to just focus on the hat, you could do some selective colouring. Have the hat in colour with the background in black and white.

I think the shot is very cool, regardless. We get a slight vintage tone to things, but it's made more apparent with the background I think. The framing isn't too bad, although she could have been positioned in the centre a bit more...

Still a lovely shot, though. It's interesting how some areas are quite soft, in a way... She stands out against the background well and the positioning of the camera is pretty cool as well. It wouldn't hurt to have moved the camera lower, but it's not such a major point.

Intriguing expression she has there.
