Andrew Mansay III is a fictional character who appears in my Rayman Fan trilogy, in the 3rd part. He is a villain there, known as "Mad Englishman". He has black eyes, long light yellow hair and pale blue skin. Andrew is 45 years old. He was created similar to Mad Hatter from DC comics. Andrew is master of hypnotism and mind control and he is obsessed too, only with tea, not hats. Andrew is able to control the mind of everyone with the help of his special hallucinogenic tea. Also he has the same diagnosis as the Mad Hatter. Andrew adores tea parties, English traditions and has a genius-level intellect. He comes from a rich British aristocratic family, and his mansion is located in London. He speaks the Queen's English. Everyone calls him by Sir. Andrew has two cousins: Ales Mansay AKA The Magician who lives in the Glade Of Dreams and Pierre who lives in France.
Andrew was always obsessed with tea and even invented his special one, but no one wanted to taste it, many teensies thought he's crazy. Andrew heard the voices in his head very often. They told him that no one ever loved him and everybody always hated him, so Andrew was planning to revenge and poison all citizens with his tea. But they won. He didn't plan to come to the Glade of Dreams, but he had to. Andrew escaped from the psychiatric hospital.
In the 3rd part he tried to help Ales Mansay to take over the Glade of Dreams, but their plans have failed and Andrew was sent back to the psychiatric hospital.
