Description This is the render of Citizen Eco-Drive watch modeled and rendered in Maya from scratch with the help of HDR light studio custom setup lighting.
I straggled with the leather band and the metal lock mechanism. I feel the metal is not proper and leather could be more real.

The jewelry piece on the top is an emblem for the company I work for called O.C.Tanner

Feedback is really appreciated.

to learn how to use basic functions of the software takes probably 3 to 6 months... to become good at it, years...

Great job!

I love the details you put into it.

The leather texture looks great but maybe you could add a little texture to the stitching.

The shading is also well done but I feel like you should add some highlights and reflections to the glass and metal fastener.

All in one, this is a great piece. Keep it up.

xD I'm surprised this was a model. It definitely fooled me into thinking it was real. It absolutely shows your work and dedication into it!

Whoah, sweet! I thought this is photography when I saw the thumbnail. I love the realistic look of this, and mostly the design. It looks pretty awesome and fancy.

Hm, I have no experience with 3D things, maybe it helps if you add a little bit of transparent/light extra texture to the metal and leather to make it look more real? Or add a reflection on the metal and glass parts?

# This is cool. Overall it is like real. However, something is missing to make it dead. By that mean, not real. I know, I am saying something weird. But, the leather, the diamonds, the surface of the watch, all nice. Yet the metal part, especially the tilting side view, which I can see inside the metal, it telling me it is fake. I myself is trying to learn 3D too. And I admire the work you have done. It's good. But there room to tell the different... so yeah, gold and silver metals... and, lastly, keep up the good work!

i personally think gold is fine. it probably need to reflect more, but then again, maybe there is nothing to reflect.
When it comes to metal in the back, yea... i straggled with it the most and I don't think i got it well. i agree with that point.
