Hm. I like the scene, but I feel like the composition is a bit awkward. There are really nice lines in this image with the sweep of the beach and the waves, but the skyline gets cropped off in a weird way, where bits of that lovely gold sunset show through a fringe of housing. If it was cropped either lower or higher, and maybe lengthened off to the left to compensate and get more of the shoreline, I feel like the image would feel more complete.
If you're worried about the little spot of light on the waves getting overwhelmed by the rest of the image, what if you did a more selective crop around it?
Otherwise, lovely contrasting colors.

Thanks...I was so pleased when I caught it...I only saw it on 3 waves in total..this one was #2, saw it again in a 3rd and missed the shot...then it was gone
