ohh ok i see. idk were ur from but machine guns are a big no no in California. hahaha it would be awsome 2 own 1 tho haha. is it ilegal in ur state 2 make modifications to a shot gun? for example sawing the barrel or the stock off?

Yeah CA is kind of anti gun, but I do hear that may change very soon. There are several lawsuits over the CA assault weapon law, and the State is loosing. Yeah you can obtain Short barreled shotguns, but all NFA rules apply. Just like machine guns you have to either form 1 or form 4 them. It costs 200 dollars either way for the tax stamp. As far as where I am from? I live in multiple states, including CA from time to time
