Umememon's Digivolution chain.
Still in the works, but I wanted to post it before the deadline.

Digimon: Umememon
Type: Data
Signature Move: Electrical Link -wraps opponent in tail chain and discharges electricity-
Normal Move 1: Shuriken -detaches electrically charged shuriken from tail and throws it at high speed-
Normal Move 2: Shroud -turns the field dark and rainy, boosting accuracy and evasion while lowering enemy accuracy-

Champion
Digimon: Radimon
Type: Data
Signature Move: Sky Dive -binds enemy with its tail and boosts the opponent into the sky, then slams the opponent back to the ground while discharging electricity-
Normal Move 1: Skull crush -grabs opponent's head with ear extensions and bashes opponent's skull with his metal head plate-
Normal Move 2: Beckoning Roar -summons a thunder storm in which any tall or flying object may be hit by electricity-
