The guy saves MC's damn life lmfao and he's pretty kind to them. So in my canon, yeah they are lol. This is them just taking a break from the long trek through Silver Rise. Also no, there is no romance between em btw. Rainer is a lesbian and I hate shipping OCs with canon. It feels icky to me for some reason even though it's fairly normal XD
