So taking from what I learned doing Dash's hair I decided to do a little experiment. This is more about Fluttershy's hair than her face which I can't tell is more high or tired. I actually intended to make her expression a little sexy, but I didn't really plan it out.
The hair is probably too busy, but I'm sure if I repeated this technique but with broader brush strokes it would turn out better. In fact I'll do that right now since i still have some free time.
