Yayoi Yukino, aka Andromeda Promethium, from Matsumoto Leiji's Galaxy Express 999. I think the series' current following is obscure enough to need me to name her from the offset. ='> But I'm sure there are some other Leijiverse fans out there!

Made on a whim for since I always like trying to smoosh her her favourite characters together into one being. Three nights to finish this isn't too bad either, I'm getting faster on this thing!
