This representation of Misato Katsuragi is almost a masterpiece (hopefully it was a full body illustration)!
I love the semi-realism used in this piece!.
I also love the idea of giving that young adult a Plugsuit when all other Plugsuits users are either 14 years old or 15 years old in contrast.
I also find the idea of using the color palette of Misato's typical clothes in her Plugsuit quite sweet.

If you like that you should see this idea that i had for an Evangelion fan fiction I did with my friend, ClassicCowboy. Basically it's a fusion of Evangelion/Green Lantern. And Misato does become a lantern, but I won't say which one just yet.

Asuka will definitely object to her copying the same color of her plugsuit. I mean it does look like something from the Rebuild movies. I think you should have Misato wearing a purple plugsuit to perfectly match her hair. Too bad though since she is a not a young teen, obviously she cannot pilot an Eva. But man, plugsuits really seem to huge a fictional woman's body and make her even more irresistible. Kaji is going to find Misato even more attractive.
