I just got Kirby Star Allies and have absolutely fallen in love with NESPs and the ESP copy ability in general.Not only is it a WONDERFUL reference to one of my favorite game series ever, it's... a really strong ability. (I suppose you could call it "okay"? *wink wink, nudge nudge*)
Also, I love the fact that they wear baseball caps underneath their hoods. It's so cute.

This was a long time ago, let's see if I remember
1. Put down a color, then lined the edges with a lighter color (since there's a grid thing in FireAlpaca that lets you only draw straight horizontal/vertical lines)
2. Picked one of the preset Japanese patterns and I think set it to multiply?
3. Used the circle tool to make the rings, resized them and either lowered the opacity or did some masking crap
4. Added a gradient probably, and some filters
5. Done
