Long anticipated final version of an Art Trade with KrestenaWolfShadow , I do hope the wait was worth it!
Indigo seems like the boy crazy type. Like she would love nothing more than a BF.
I wonder which boy she admires she's talking to?
I took hecca artistic liberties with this image. So the colors and patterns are not 100%, but hopefully aesthetically pleasing?
This is the first in hopefully many pieces of "long form art", where I spend more than one sitting working on the same image.
"Git Gud" is on my to do list and I plan on doing it!
I am experimenting little by little with shading, backgrounds, and effort in detailing.
I am actually very happy with the cloud cover.
It was originally supposed to be a river theme but it looked so much like clouds that I went with it.
Plus the grass on the cliff side is soft and painterly to me.
Also pleased with the subtle shading under Indigo.
