Description guys i've just created a backstory for this character while i was takig a dump:
first of all this is not the same character as lee, he is his great great great great great great grandfather and has kinda the same traits but he is not gay :v, also he is physically a little bit different.

ok, first of all i made a sketch (all of this artwork was made in sai) then i resized to 300x300 pixels, i made a separate layer for every moving part and continued drawing with the pixel pen tool, made the shades in another layer with transparency, when the whole drawing was done i started to make the animation, it was kinda simple actually because i had every part in a different layer so it was easy to just move it a little bit down, then export to a png, and then again, there is actually only four frames, then i moved to camtasia (which is a video editor) because i don't know how else i can make a gif xD, i pasted the images one after another. the background was also made in sai, i made a "strip" with the width of the canvas, then in camtasia i put that in a layer below the frames and just added a scroll animation and thats it. Sounds complicated but wasn't at all xD
