As you all know, I love mountains and mountaineering. An important part of my gallery is about mountains pictures.
Tonight, and maybe because I'm just superextraexcited about HP-movie-tomorrow-can't-wait and I need to write and upload things, I'm uploading new kind of pictures, that I'll be using as IDs or move to scraps or answer C.
There's no much/many pictures of me in my gallery.. I prefer some which show me in mountains than anywhere else
When there's only one person on the picture, it's me. When we're two, the other is my sister and I'm the one with the darker blue helmet.
All these pictures have been taken during Summer 2008.
All of these pictures have been taken by our mountain guide Christophe, I'm not the photographer. I just want to share them because I'm on it.

I might wanna do this climb myself,
so I have some questions if thats ok.
first, how high is this? how much climbing experience does one need for this mountain (if u have a guide)? I have only been trekking in mountains, never any actual climbing with ropes and stuff

The "Cosmiques ridge" is 3800 meters high [link] It is known as being a 'for beginners' treck (once you know how to walk with crampons and how to be roped with your guide. But if it's your first time, the guide will show you all of that, that's not complicated), it just takes a few hours. I'm not that good in mountaineering, and our guide (who is also a friend) knows it haha, but he was totally confident for me to do it (so I was). I loved it! The climb part isn't difficult, there's just a '4a' path a little bit harder than the others, but with the guide there's no problem!

Oh no, they are from many trips from many different summers (but always in the Mont Blanc Massif).
