I say yay 83 Good to see a male royal rocking the make up which makes sense for his role and time period. I love the patterns for the blue section of the kimono! Though I know it is to match the pink accents (which I love BTW) the pattern on the bottom half feels a little less fluid then in the accents. It's possibly due to there being more space to fill, but I feel it could use polish there.
Otherwise I love the design. Edited the first comment to add more of my opinion beyond just a yes or no XP.
