Done in CS2, Sai, and Open Canvas. XDDDDCS2 for BG and base colors, OC for lines, Sai or coloring. 3 hours total.

It shouldn't be that difficult to fix - just color over the reflected face so it's hair, and extend the bow color a little further so it's her "front".
