I am honestly not sure. I'll probably piddlefart around with prices until I come up with something. Sooo...it would depend on how much detail. Weather it's hand-drawn or digital, colored or not, backgrounds, file size etc.

Here's the info:
Name: Dante Joseph Price
Age: Physically 17; Mentaly 700 years old
Eye Color: Brown
Hair Color: Black
Heritage: African American and Puerto Rican w/ Timelord DNA
Body Type: Well built, not too muscular, looks average with long sleeves covering arms
Backstory: Human from 21st century Earth, New York, that stumbled upon the TARDIS and was made a hybrid Timelord due to the bonding with an Ultramatrix
Quirks: Very hyperactive and needs to be constantly busy
Other stuff that needs to be noted is that the Ultramatrix is entirely red, and he carries around a sonic screwdriver(River songs future screwdriver(look it up)) and outfit consists of black hoodie, blue jeans and a red shirt.
Could you possibly do that?

I could do that! You actually gave me an awesome idea!! I could freelance character design. Do you want concept art of the character? Or a whole scene? (which would probably be more expensive...) And in what medium? Hand drawn or digital? colored?

Concept sounds good to me. But couldn't you do it for free? I mean I know you have to make a living, but I'm sorta broke at the moment and I've been trying to find ways to advertise my story. Trust me it doesn't sound as easy as it looks. So could you probably make one exception?

I'm sorry, but the whole purpose of a commission is to earn money for a service, in this case, art. Otherwise it would just be a request. I'm not in a position to do requests for free... I am trying to raise money for medical bills. And if I do requests for free for one person, then others will expect me to do it for free for them too. Please understand this is nothing personal. It just seems that circumstances are not in our favor this time. <:/
