hey sorry for the delay, didnt see your comment here long time... i dont know if there is any tip i can give you but practicing... i dont know blender 3d so sorry... just work through all the tutorials you can find and play arround with the tools, you'll soon find out how to use them properly. Thats how i learnt it and i'm still learning

ps: before you resize your pic, open it in paint and cut the sides til it reaches your shoulders cause thent he size may vary differently.. or send it to me and i'll do it
