I added it because I am looking for my dream house designs. It's not that big (square footage wise). In a few months I will be finished with the basic model. It's quite small really. Maybe 2-3 person home. It gave me the idea to make an open space in the middle of the home (With a courtyard) Idk about the pond though. Maybe if there was glass on top of the pond? hmm.... ideas are storming
