Hello! Saw your journal on "SoupOfFlies" nice to see you're not gone yet though. 
Just...out of curiousity, why change accounts? I've seen many people do it but I can't really see why since...
1) There's now an account which may still get traffic from time to time where no-one is.
2) It would be an extremely hard job to put all the art from place A to place B, on one account it would always be there.
3) Usernames can be changed.
4) Won't you have harder time re-watching people you used to watch actively on your old account?
I'm not meaning to bash or sound rude anyway possible, you're not the first person who made me wonder about these questions, sorry for the long comment just.. curious.

I think one of the things that made me move accounts is actually the sheer amount of people I was watching in my old account :'O
Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, I do love seeing all the beautiful artworks people create, but I would get so much notifications and deviations on it that it almost feels like a chore. I know I can just unwatch people but I just feel way too guilty to do that idek why :'v So with this account I'll just be watching people who I'm mutuals with ;u; )
Another thing is that I wanna try and focus on a single aesthetic, I feel my previous account is way too experimental in terms of art and aesthetic, and I want to stick to a single thing and develop my art in a more directed path instead of straying everywhere.
I like to keep the account as a little archive on how my art has developed and I myself love seeing how others progress in their art, so idk I think some people might still have fun looking at my progress as well.
In the end of the day though, it's just that I want to start fresh again. I'm pretty sure the reasons I listed could be solved another way in which I can still keep my old account, but I just feel like a brand new start is in order. :'O
