Wow, you do such lovely work! I wonder - would you ever consider doing requests or commissions, even as a hobbyist here on DeviantArt? I love realistic painting and would love to see you take a shot at one of my original characters. Β
Of course, the time of an artist is indisputably valuable but I figured I'd give it a shot and ask anyway!

Your work is fantastic! I saw it first on dribbble. I noticed you use a wacom bamboo. How do you like it? I currently have an intuos, but I feel like it's too big! I'm wondering if the bamboo might be a better size to work with.

I'm afraid I can't really tell, because I never used an Intuos. I think it depends on the personal "feeling" one has while painting. I prefer to make strokes out of the wrist - therefore I think the smaller Bamboo is good for me where as with an Intuos I guess I would have to move my hole hand more for making long strokes.

Hiya, do you have any tips for painting hair? Looking at your step by step deviations you don't really go into much detail.

This is one of the few portraits I've tried painting but the hair looks so goddamn bad...

Hi, I browsed your fantastic galerie, you draw wonderfully. Why don't make a speed painting? You could have more success again x)

I thought about it a few times, but painting the whole stuff is laborious enough. Making a "speed painting" video (i prefer the term "time lapsed" video) would add quite some work on top - cutting the raw material, rendering, etc. I'm not aiming for success at any cost - I just want to paint.
