I think I found your icon!
Here's the google maps location! I think I have an idea as to why you haven't been able to find it either... maybe you've been looking in the wrong timezone.

Your icon is amaazing!
Oh yes, i saw the missing icon. It's in a hacked version of Pokemon X and Y. There's a town square where a giant Xerneas statue stands- Go underneath the statue and there'll be a portal to a Minecraft world. You'll spawn in a desert biome. The way you're facing when you spawn, go forwards, then turn right at the first oak tree. There will be a big lava pit. Jump into the lava pit, then underneath the lava there will be a lake. Go across to the far shore with glowing pink sheep, and kill a sheep. The sheep will drop your icon.
To find your sanity, go to the other shore and pick up one of the rainbow mushrooms. Eat it to regain your sanity.
