Infuriating. Simply infuriating. Germany. Had just realized that Italy had joined in an alliance against him. He saw him across the street. "Italy!" He yelled out, running towards him.

Feliciano blinked and stopped, tilting his head as he looked for the source of his name. He saw Germany and grinned, waving. "Hello Ludwig!" he chirped.

Bitter liked the smell of Italian food, but in his opinion English food would always be on top.
He silently waited for a certain someone to come along. "Come on..." He mumbled, starting to get impatient.
This person for some reason owned his heart, well... he didn't think he even head one. "Seriously where is-" He stopped mid-sentence as he saw the Italian man walking along the street.
Bitter hissed darkly and leaped from the roof he was perched upon, landing in front of the other. "'ello!~" He said, looking at him.

The Italian in question had been heading back from one of his favorite little bakeries. He had a small lunch there before deciding he should head back to his home, but now he really wished he had taken some of the bread with him back home.
Feliciano stopped, blinking as he stared at Bitter. "Um... Hello..." he replied. He was, very clearly, confused about the situation. "Is there something I can help you with...?"

"I'm looking for a Feliciano Vargas? I assume you are him?" He asked, flicking his tail.
The devil came a little closer to Feliciano, sniffing him inappropriately. "Yeah, definitely..." He leant back then grinned.

Feliciano blinked and nodded. "I am... what do you need?" he asked, tilting his head.

"I'm looking for some Italian food... and some other people said to see you." He shrugged. "They said you were the best guy for the job~"

"Oh, well then, what would you like?" he asked, smiling. "There's so much we have, it would be hard to suggest just one thing! Do you want pasta? Maybe bread or pizza? Just ask, I can tell you where to find the best!"

"Well, I actually need to know what kind of pasta, since... well... I asked about pasta!" He chuckled slightly. "But see, I'm a devil so er..."

"Well, if you want pasta..." he said, tilting his head. "We've got so many different types. There's normal spaghetti... Gomito, Manicotti, Fettuccine, Vermicelli...Farfalle..." He laughed after a moment. "Really, so many to name!"

"We sure do, after all, it was Romano and I who taught the rest of Europe how to cook," Feliciano chirped, smiling.

"Wow, that is amazing!~" He beamed at the Italian before him. "I'm surprised the British haven't managed it yet. Well, you owe it to us as such terrible cooks~"

"No, I think you could probably blame France for that one," Feliciano replied calmly, giggling softly as he said so. "But that's also what happens when you start improvising."

He shrugged. "Improvising it what creates the British civilization." He laughed. "I am British myself, but I er... don't act it."

Feliciano shrugged back and smiled. "I don't care about that at all, but I do have to be thankful to England - he introduced me to football, after all!"

The devil laughed at the Italian's excitement. "I have played it before, it's very good, yes!~" He flicked his tail. "We should play a game some when, but I'm terrible at playing!"

"That doesn't matter," Feliciano replied. "Winning is always nice, but the most important part is to just have fun! Regardless of who wins or looses!"
