Here's that commercial for the Chilean Telethon, Teleton. I know what it is, it's a charity event held in Chile every year since 1978. Usually held at the first week of December, or in some cases, the end of November.
If there's an election there, no Teleton event here. Held for 27 hours, this helps children with developmental disabilities, like I saw some kids who can't walk as other babies when their young, or can't talk, swallow, see, or even hear every year, but I still praise this telethon after 41 years. The reason why I didn't catch up to watch Hey Arnold The Jungle Movie again! But in 1995, their goal was a bit too high and the only time they failed.
