From what I know, you have to get a comission sheet and set the prices for what you want to do and at the same time do comissions for other people too. Doing this, and drawing famous media characters (video games, movies, etc) and fan made characters for famous deviants here on DA and other people, you might get more watchers.

Well, that or really good art skills.
