Cool, looking at a baddass laptop I wanna get. Sadly, they haven't released it yet so I don't know how much it costs. It's called the Razorblade (look it up, but add laptop after if for better results). It's a laptop made by gamers, for gamers.

your not gonna believe this crap-so i get a call from the bodyshop and not only do i need reer pads but rotars and very soon i will need front rotars and pads all coming to the fat sum of 300$-in which case i do not have. so i'm thinking of getting some red shoes so i can click them together(i don't think i'll have much luck finding ruby slippers). do you think this will work in getting like maybe a car in better condition?

Alchemist-of-Bones In reply to numbskulled00 [2011-08-09 22:09:52 +0000 UTC]

Ouch. Well, if you can do installments that helps out a little bit. Outside of that my 'infinite' vat of wisdom doesn't have a clue what to tell ya. I guess you could call up a few other places and see what they can do for it, compare prices. The place my parent's went to is far more expensive than if I were to go to, say, SpeeDee's for this and that and the other small thing.

i can the only problem with that is that soon i will be without a job and moving to another state to go to college. how am i going to come up with that much money in that little of time (Aug 27th i move)?i don't think he'd jip me cause my whole family has been going to him,but you neverknow these days. it suks

Alchemist-of-Bones In reply to numbskulled00 [2011-08-10 00:42:00 +0000 UTC]

I never said he was jipping you, I'm just suggesting that his prices might be a little higher than those of someone else. There is always the annoying deal of not getting it done.

yeah but i'm thinking of how i had to take money out of my 401-k just to pay for the repairs and put thousands into it,and not all at one time and i'm just thinking to myself now. 'i just got f@#$d and wasn't even kissed first' sorry for the language

numbskulled00 In reply to Alchemist-of-Bones [2011-08-13 03:44:32 +0000 UTC]

haha that had nothing to do with prostitution. it was a wise-ass comment, not to be taken literatly. if someone pulled a fast one on you-did you wrong then you've 'been F@#kd without being kissed first' another military saying to go with the thousands i know

Yea, it hasn't pissed me off enough yet for me to walk underneath the lawn mower. I kind of want it to reach the small of my back, but I'm going to have to force myself to learn how to braid if I want to sleep at night.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

numbskulled00 In reply to Alchemist-of-Bones [2011-08-13 16:13:49 +0000 UTC]

shame your soo far away i'd braid it for you. i braid tight like a Native American.i dont see how you can stand it in this heat though. its beautiful but it looks thick like my hair and the longer mine is the heavier it gets and i start getting sores in my scalp cause it cant breath. i just keep it chopped off-do the Annie Lenox haircut. i cut it myself cause they charge outrageous for short hair and cheaper for longer hair. doesn't make any sence.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Alchemist-of-Bones In reply to numbskulled00 [2011-08-14 12:15:11 +0000 UTC]

Yea, that doesn't. I usually pull it back whenever I'm going to work so I don't mind, but it is way thicker than it looks, and comes in multiple layers. My sister loves to straighten it, but sometimes she burns my hair.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

numbskulled00 In reply to Alchemist-of-Bones [2011-08-14 13:17:40 +0000 UTC]

NOOOO! dont straighten your hair.it's too beautifule like it is. plus straightening will burn it and cause you to have split ends like crazy.

ok then you should be alright. why is it that people with naturally curly hair dont want it and the ones with stright would rather have curly hair? isit you always want the things you cannot have? i want bee-hive hair do-can i have one

How toilet paper was invented (which also revolves around the construction of parchment), Where the saying 'Worth his salt' came from, and other such oddities. But more can be pulled from my brain while talking to me in person. I know everything, but I'll be damned if I can recall any of it when I need to.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

numbskulled00 In reply to Alchemist-of-Bones [2011-08-19 15:25:45 +0000 UTC]

i thought that 'worth his salt' came from the WW2 era where salt was expensive. that's where the superstition of throwing salt over your shoulder after you've spilt it came from.you know how they use to do tomato paste? i agree -you are quite an ethera of knowledge. i am also but it depends on if my brain is on one of it's world renown coffee breaks. and it usually is when i need it most also.haha

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Alchemist-of-Bones In reply to numbskulled00 [2011-08-20 02:16:24 +0000 UTC]

Actually it comes from an older time when salt was used as a currency rather than a commodity. I believe it dates back to ancient Roman times (although I could be wrong about the origin) when "worth his salt" was refereed to when talking about a slave they bought on the market, or were looking at.

hav you been to prison?haha i can see cigerettes becoming a currency but not salt. but you are the wiser one among us. and i really dont know about the whold 'worth his salt' origin anywayz.i just remember hearing about the superstition about pooring salt by accident.i like your avatar, very pretty, but i still feel you need something that says 'Alchemist'..

haha i was just joking about the prison thang. you better not become some vigilanty and end up in the slammer or i'll hafta come find you and give you a what for, young man...yes your owl is pretty. we use to have two owls that would come around our house. one was a screach owl and a i think a horned owl. one would be on one side and one on the other and they would take turns hooting. have you ever heard of a screach owl? very eirie sounding especially at night.

I love them. For centuries they have been both the embodiment of an ill omen and creatures of knowledge. If I could, I would get one, but I don't have the land to do so.
