OK, I'll teach you how to watch people and add them as a friend, by using screenshots I took for this.
First, upper left on every DeviantArt profile, there is the watch button, see the arrow from the screenshot I took when I was on your profile: [link] . For me, it already says "watching", because I am already watching you.
Second, click that button and you'll get this screen: [link] . There, tick preferably all boxes (anyways, definitely tick the "friend" and "deviations" tabs) and then you added me as a friend, and follow me. That means that I am in your friend list and my watchlist.
Then, you'll get a notification when I upload a drawing or journal entry (that's once a week, every Thursday, I write a journal entry and upload a drawing). For you, that can be interesting, because I am planning to do more PokeShipping art. For example, I am working on a PokeShipping drawing with Misty as a mermaid again, which I will upload next Thursday. And when you see other people with art you like, you can also follow them, so you can see all their new drawings when they upload them.
I just invited you to my Original Series fan-group, I already asked you to join, because maybe you don't know how to do that yourselves. That invitation is in your message box.
