cuz pc will always be superior to apples. period lol. getting a mac is the same thing as dividing by zero. you just dont do it else risk the fate of the universe.

*shrugs* Meh, I have a PC in my room and my laptop is a Mac. I have a lot less problems with the Mac than with the PC. My PC has more memory, but freezes and crashes more than the Mac. And PC's are more vulnerable to viruses. Ask a computer programmer-- they'll tell you the same thing.

which programmer are you talking too? alot of my frineds are programmers and EVERYONE of them laugh when they hear of people using macs. As long as you have the right protection (i recomend Peer Guardian and Comodo firewall) PCs aren't as vulnerable as you think. one of the major problems i have with macs is they aren't upgradable. Once you have the computer with 2 gigs of ram, your stuck with that untill you buy a new mac. your stuck with that integrated graphics card and crappy single core processor untill you buy a whole new machine. PC's one the other hand are very customizable and upgradable.
I will admit that macs are 100X better in the graphics and animation industry.

A friend who works as a PC programmer was the one who advised me that Macs were more secure, and he purchased Macs for his college-age children. I'm not much for customizing and getting new graphics cards because I'm not a gamer; also, I'm happy with my dual-core processor. I work in the graphics and animation industry, which is why I use a Mac. I was curious to know why you're a PC person, since you're a fellow maker of digital art.

ah. sorry if it seemed i got a bit snippy there. im an allaround computer geek, i just do a bit of art for fun on the occation. so i do alot more than just graphics on my computer. and yes, that includes gaming so. sorry if it seemed i was a bit snippy.
