I'm just sad that no one has though to do a webcomic based off Mass Effect. It's a big world and no one has to rehash the story or use canon characters.

I'm working on fanfic that is going in it's own direction from the game story. Only one canon appearance, but I made sure that he made an impact.

Yeah, you think there'd be more interested parties! But, I dunno, just my opinion but everyone just wants to show off their Shepards I think. But that's just me! xD

I don't mind canon appearances, so long as the canons don't devour the story and/or make sense showing up. Y'know? Good luck with your fanfic! <3

Shepard are so personal. Ya know, you take the time to create the Shepard you want physical and then go through the game choosing their morality and who'll they fall in love with.

In my mind, Shepard is female and I do see her in a certain way, but if I wrote a story about her, then other people won't see her as Shepard because they have their own.

Yeah, that's what I mean. Reason no one wants to set a story in the ME verse with completely original characters is because people would rather use their person Shepards.

I do stuff with my own Shepard, because I've developed her to be almost different from what Bioware lets us. But I'll stop before I ramble off about her and bore you to death! xD

Oh, I understand. I have two Shepards.

Noa Shepard who is Paragon, a hot blonde who chose Liara, but found Thane very intriguing.

Margery Shepard who is Renegade. She's a tough gal who doesn't put up with BS and returned Kaiden's feelings, but then found Garras rather exotic and interesting.

I have three Shepards, two are female, one is male. My main femShep is Lynn, paragade, not quite right in the head because of Mindoir, rather xenophobic in the first game. Second game I toned it down, 'cept with batarians, screw those guys! I love her to death, kept her single and just pretend she has unrequited feelings for Joker! xD

My maleShep is pretty bamf, really enjoy playing with him. Renegon, ruthless, earthborn. Playing as paragade and renegon really allows for a broader and more interesting experience, imo!

Other femShep is just the crazy one I use to do all the stuff I didn't do with my main femShep, lol, like sleep with everyone...>>

There are some things I can't do with either of my Shepards. Like sell Tali out in her trial. I love Tali too much to do that to her. And I will give her that hug when she needs it.

And Thane, I can't be rude to him so I choose neutral when I want to go renegade.

I know, I'm weird like that.
