www.facebook.com/pages/Arturo-…I been drawing since I was a child but I think I decided to improve my skills when I was 16 years of age. Between 16 and 17 I drew most of the drawings that I have in my portfolio. I mostly drew cars.

As of now I got the pleasure of working for the Student and Leadership foundation at CSU Fresno. They hire me as an illustrator for a series of books related to farm workers and immigration related stories.
I am really glad I got this job and now I have the opportunity to do what I want, and it pays for some of my bills. :D
At the moment I am really interested in photoshop and drawing digitally in programs like painter and photoshop itself. Once I get my drawing tablet I will probably upload some of them.
In addition to this, though my job I also need to take pictures and I like photography so I safe enough money to buy myself an SLR camera which will be arriving soon. Once I improve my skills I will upload my best photos here to Deviantart.net
I admire other artist's works and I am constantly learning from their work. Their work give me more energy to improva my style and techniques.
My next goal is to do oil paiting but this would be in the future.
I am 21 years old, I live in Fresno California. I love art, design and sculpture as well. I am constantly pushing myself to improve.
