I had meant to favorite that months ago but I kept it in my messages because I had wanted to offer some form of feedback. Unfortunately, I have not seemed to get around to it yet due a variety of reasons. Anyway, I'm slowly returning to writing and drawing. I'm reading more now as well. I had hundreds of fictional pieces to read through from one of the fantasy fiction groups I was in. I've finally read all of the ones I've wanted to. Yay me! Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap Now all there is left to do is to start writing something myself! I hope life is treating you well!

this is soooooo very late. forgive me, darlin'. you know...a fave is as good as feedback. It tells me, if nothing else, that it's liked. :D (Big Grin)

How is the writing going btw? Well I hope. I'm super behind. I have't posted in my writing journal in ages either. bleh...I need to start writing more again. The ideas keep heaping themselves on and distracting me and what all. Caranor hasn't been touched for a while out side of legends either. I need to go back to it but given that I have no real desire to debut with it because it is so important to me it's somewhat acceptible in my eyes to leave it alone and think about other characters. Calliope Jones and Rhiannon Fenmoora (the spelling of her surname is still in the works ) keep demanding my attention. Rhiannon is particularly demanding for some reason. bleh. :D (Big Grin) Anyway...yeah.

ps: sorry if calling you darlin' bothers you. I've started calling my girl-friends (as in friends that are girls) that recently for some reason. Don't ask me why. someone at work told me I should start calling guys sweetie or hon (I favour sweetie). So far it doesnt' feel right though. :X (Mad) D ;) (Wink)

It's not coming now. I took a break and read a couple books. None of the three books I've read are worth much mentioning. I'm trying to write and draw at least once a week but I get distracted so easily these days.

By the way, I don't mind you calling me that. It's considered a polite and familiar title of endearment in the southern states. At least I'm fairly certain that it is. I'm not from the south and I've limited dealings with people from that area of the country.

It'll come back eventually...it always does. :D (Big Grin) I have been writing lately which feels really good and it's for a story idea that stirred a bit last year and so is finally coalescing into something but I should stop story jumping and focus on one so that I can finish something, lol. Oh well what can one do? Reading is good. It can help to inspire. :D (Big Grin) I am always reading so...yeah. I have over 100 books to read now because I keep picking them up at the local (ginormous) used bookstore. I should stop but I keep finding books that I've been meaning to read lol. Oh well...if the world ends this year I'll have lots to keep me occupied, lol. :D (Big Grin)

Some people feel uncomfortable when a term of endearment is used by someone who might not know them all that well, is all. I didn't think you'd be offended so much as feel awkward. I have a tendency to use terms of endearment for the people around me. M'dear or darlin' for the girls and kiddo for the guys that are younger than me. One young guy at work has started using "friend" and I told him I might start calling him "sweetie" in return. he seemed ok. He's younger than me...younger than my brother too so it's strictly platonic...I just wonder if I start calling guys sweetie if people might start looking me askance a bit. :D (Big Grin) ah well. You should stop. A hundred books is a lot. xD I don't have a list quite that long, but it's long enough to keep me busy for months.

I recently picked up Game of Thrones from the library because I have friends that were ranting and raving about how good the book is. A few chapters in , I'm not really that impressed. I cannot properly judge it yet though seeing as how I've read less than a hundred pages. I'll wait.

lol...i know...but I read pretty fast anyway...though not so fast lately. But many of them have been given to me or are ARCs from when I worked for the bookstore so...yeah...the rest I got for at least half of what I would usually pay new...so yeah...but you're probably right, lol. Oh well...at least it's books and not...I don't know...shoes? uh...jewelry...uh...what would be silly things to keep buying that I wouldn't need? One will always need books. ;) (Wink)

I think the books are quite good but it really depends on what sort of thing you like to read. i am up to the fourth book and am looking forward to reading so...yeah. it really is less of an adventure novel or high fantasy than it is about intrigue and court games. I wish I could write intrigue that well.
