A few people already have made sexual jokes about him once they found out
he was a really flirty waiter and although it's fun to laugh at at first,
sometimes I just want people to see him as a normal human being too. I mean,

This is why I've kept Cipher a secret until recently. ; A ;
I knew he was gonna be a play boy as soon as ~heart-kun had released
his design but I'm always too lazy to develop characters plus I'm afraid
of the feedback he'll get by everyone. ; ____ ;
Oh gosh, maybe the person really liked Secra a lot so he thought he'd get
his character into him too? I've seen that happen when a character gets popular.

And not yet. He's my first play boy character since my male characters
always end up ukes or sekes because of the people I ship them with. u v u
I plan on using him though but I have like only a small amount of friends that I'm even
shy to ask to rp with. That's why I'm just waiting for someone to randomly ask if they
could rp with him though I think that's unlikely. X'D

Serca: Electric blue eyes strayed from the girl chatting animatedly in front of him. The restaurant they were in was certainly high class, a good thing too. Perhaps he could stare at the intricate carvings on the walls without her noticing. Serca noticed his 'date' finish and smile fondly at him, he smiled back while fiddling with the top buttons on his dress shirt, unsure of what she had just said. He called for a waiter to get the wine, hopefully she'd leave once it was gone.

glancing curiously at him and his date. Despite the cute girl looking
so animated about their dinner, he just didn't seem that interested
with the way he was boring holes at the walls. So why had he agreed
to meet with her in the first place? People who ate at their restaurant
were just unusual like that. He gracefully walked towards their table
with the bottle of wine and filled two glasses. "Your wine sir, our finest
as per request. Please enjoy." He flashed a smile, bowing his head down
before stepping back just in case they needed anything else.

He engaged the waiter in a conversation about the wine, clearly trying to show his 'date' that even wine was currently more interesting than her rants.

He released a sigh as his knife pierced the soft flesh of the steak before him, having an internal debate whether giving his number to some stranger was worth it, just to incense his date.

to the cashier to write off their bill. He was surprised however when he saw
digits staring up at him. Did he really...? He shook his head. It had
to be an accident...right? He definitely looked like a ladies man in his opinion.
Maybe it was just to spite his date because he was bored like that? That had
to be it.He straightened himself as he headed back to their table.
"Excuse me Sir, I believe you mistakenly place this in your bill."
He bowed, handing Serca the piece of paper, closing it in his hand so that his
date wouldn't have another reason to get angry at him if he did had intended
to hand him his number which was rather odd. It was normal for Cipher to receive
generous tips and even his customers' invites through numbers but this was
the first time he was being asked out by someone during their date with another person.
