I have heard of your brother, England used to talk about him a lot.

((Ah I see, anyways,as you can see, darkrai hates France, yet he has respect for him, but gives him nightmares for eery time he's dragged into one of hsi and England's aruguemnts....it's torture but it teaches him not to..... and sicne Russia and germany are Darkrai's half brothers.... he was there during World war I and II, he was for neither side, trying to get them to understand what peaces feels like, when that failed, he started giving nightmares to both sides.....leading ultimately to huis reign over them, hes' the Master of Darkness, and a Wizard at magic, of all kinds, a better cook than his brother,which makes him famous for hsi cooking, he's liek both Russia and Germany))

(( ....Wow I am confused. I don't think though Russia and Germany had such horrible ties during that time though. After all, they had a alliance at one time and the only reason why they were against each other in WW1 was because Russia bet up Austria and Hungary, and Germany was their ally at the time.
In fact, Russia and Germany in fact had a truce at one point and had the same opinions in WW2. Russia joined the allies at the last minute really when Germany's leader did something stupid, but by that time the Germany people hated him.
(I think that the countrypeople (aka Felicano, Romano, Ludwig) represent the country's culture or people rather than leaders)
Their relations, I guess are quite neutral. Sorry I am quite the history nerd I apologise but this kinda shows that Russia didn't really have that many arguments with Germany.
Unless you are talking about Prussia. Prussia is a different story all together.
But anyway, HRE has not even gone through that now so it doesn't matter ))

(( *HEADCANON ALERT* Back in the day, everyone used to, especially Britain and Germany believed in fairies.
This was because their people have many stories from that time of dragons and many things, most of them from Germany which seemed to travel around everywhere else too.
An other reason was because that the Germans and British ate a lot of mushrooms in those times. They even put it in beer! Mushrooms causes hallucinations so this caused many people to see a lot of strange things. I remember a LOT of dark magic did in fact originate in Germany.
The reason why Germany and Prussia cannot see them now is that Dark Magic lost popularity quickly in those days, because of the focus on their military forces. However, these did not in Britain because they were an island nation and did not need to strengthen military borders as much.
