It sure does , don't forget you can change the style and opacity of it on the options. You can download new styles and docklets for it - Check out [link] . The most important part is customizing your icons, you can use PNG or .ico icons, download them from deviantART or other websites.

Not a problem, have a fiddle with the settings and download PNG icons here from deviantART to get it how you like
