I have a question, what is it like when it's the 4th of July at your place? Is it loud? Crazy?

For like a week straight you'll hear the occasional illegal firework somewhere at night but nothing too crazy. Most people where I live don't do their own because there are two huge displays of fireworks right in the area--the one at the nearby theme park and the one at Niagara Falls. Most people end up going to watch them there, but you will hear random people setting them off all night on the fourth (also there's somebody that always lights Chinese lanterns despite them being a huge fire hazard). Usually though those people won't do very many of them in a row. This is a pretty quiet area. The official displays are pretty long, like 10-20 minutes, just constantly going off. I think this year's was the longest I've ever seen.

Meh, with art and writing classes it's less about luck and more about not being a procrastinating, lazy, anxiety-ridden piece of crap, which I am not particularly good at. I WISH it were as easy as just studying for stuff and getting lucky with the questions on a test.

Well, not through Deviantart so much (except for a few people I +watched), since I don't post that often and my stuff doesn't get a lot of traffic, but I've met a lot of people on Tumblr with shared interests (to be fair it's hard not to on that site, lol).
