You're very welcome. I have the same camera and have been trying to learn low light photography as well. It's great to see that it CAN be done with the kit lens as that's basically all I have (short of my 70-300mm). I was very impressed.

Yes, it CAN be done, you just have to "explore" tecniques, like changing shutter speed, aperture, ISO and exposure, play with them ! :D (Big Grin)

Thanks for the tip! After this it's less discouraging that I don't have better glass... shows that I can still achieve some wonderful results with a little more practice. Keep up the great work!
