( / The doctor was unaware of any sort of testing that was soon to take place, so he was sitting nonchalantly on the bed within his cell. Since all of the upcoming events were unsuspected, he was obviously caught just a bit off-guard when he heard his cell door open. His feeling of slight shock only mildly rose upon hearing an unfamiliar voice followed by loud sobbing. )
( / Curiosity soon overtook him after a minute passed, so he stood up and went to walk to where he thought the sound was coming from- The entrance to his cell. )
( / When his eyes fell upon the thing that was forced into his containment, a sense of bewilderment came from him. They seemed to be just a human with cat-like features, which is something he had never seen before. So simple, yet so confusing. )
( / After a few more seconds of nothing but staring at the other, he came to the conclusion that they were clean from the Pestilence's mighty grip- Thank the Heavens. )

// The cat girl's ears perked a bit to the sound of a voice, quickly turning her head to the doctor. Seems those cat features are actually real. She was a bit shocked to see him here, but she sighed a bit in relief. At least he looks human... to her anyways.
"O-Oh thank god.... y-you look way different t-than I imagined..."
// She took a few more seconds to recollect herself and calm down, then slowly got up by holding onto the wall. She looked down at her arms, which were still cuffed. She needs to get out of these cuffs somehow.... wiping away her tears with a sleeve, she gently smiled at the SCP.
"A-Ahem, a-anyways, I'm Emy. W-What's your name?"
"A-And um... y-you have anything to get t-these cuffs off me?"

( scp-v-099, also known as Vincent to be easier on the tongue, was new to this facility )
( he wasnt new to the foundation at all, actually being a low-level staff member until his anomalies were discovered many years ago )
( but recently, he had been moved to this facility so he could speak with 049... another Euclid class who shared some properties with V-099 )
( the main one was the fact that both enjoyed speaking to one another about the things that they enjoyed, so, they were both placed into an interrogation room with one another )
( both were bound by their usual protocol. 049 by handcuffs, with guards on standby, and Vincent by handcuffs, as well as a strong collar that held his head in place. His knife was resting on the table, out of reach. )
( the man, flicking his purple hair back as he turned up his head, looked at 049, and then the guards behind the doctor )
" Y'know, I was never really fond of doctors, but is this really necessary? "
" Either way, what we in here for? I think I was told we was s'posed ta chitchat. About what? I dont got a clue. "
( he paused, glancing to his knife and chuckling quietly )
" Cath says hi. She loves meetin' new people. "

( the doctor's information on the man in front of him was limited. he was sure that he had read through their file once during a containment breach, but the file itself was a work in progress at the time. with the information he knew in mind, he was unsure to as why the facility would place him in a room with the other. )
( he stayed quiet for a long portion of time and mainly glared at the person in front of him, occasionally glancing behind him to look to see if the guards were still there. it was obvious that they wanted him to converse with the man, but words could not express how much he hated speaking in front of any sort of facility staff member. he knew every word he said, every action he'd do, would all be written down. he already despised how much information the laboratory had on him, this only added fuel to the fire. )
( it was obvious that their session would not end until he said something, so he figured it would be best to expedite the process. )
" .. I am not too fond of 'chitchat'. "
" And I also have zero ideas as to what they expect us to speak about. "
( he thought it would be better to ignore knife, along with the comment that someone else said hello, assuming that the other was probably delusional. )

( his voice grew harsh, and he shot a glare to 049's direction, motioning his head as much as he could to the knife on the table before looking around to the staff about them )
( known for being volatile, at least from documents, the group of staff members very slowly made their way out of the room. they metaphorically had a foot in the doorway, however, in case something were to go wrong. )
( vincent nodded sharply, slowly turning his gaze back to the knife on the table as he sighed heavily. he then watched something unseeable move from the table to a corner of the room holding a camera, watching the device turn down to the floor )
" See! Ya could reach em this whole time, love, ya just gotta try. "
" Women, I swear, they always need their man ta help em out. Sorry I'm currently restrained, sweetheart. "
" Now, doc, since those fellas left and Cath hopefully took care of all that recordin' shit, we can talk, right? I read yer document, don't act like I'm new ta all this. "

( the surgeon turned around and watched the staff nearly exit the room, surprised that they actually followed the orders of the man in front of him. they truly had to be as dangerous as their file stated, or maybe the staff was being more ignorant than usual? he was sure he'd find out soon. )
( his bewilderment only became more apparent when he saw the camera move, beginning to stare at the knife. was the man actually not delusional? did the knife have some sort of powers, or maybe its true form was only visible to the man? now was not the time to focus on pointless questions, he needed to pay attention to what they were saying to him. )
" ... I do indeed feel more comfortable with speaking now that they are out of the room. I did not plan on treating you as if you were oblivious to all of this.. But I am still confused about why I am even here in the first place. "

( He held himself with this air of professionalism, grinning ear to ear in a way that would make most humans or, at least sane individuals, even a little bit unnerved )

( SCP-049 was obviously taken aback by what they had said, even though one could not see his face. He glared daggers at the other while a low huff left him. )
" How dare you accuse me of having 'toxic hands'. My hands are completely pure and are used to cure those who are infected with the Pestilence, saying that they are toxic implies that I am hurting my patients instead of curing them. "
" If you plan to just spout falsehoods and insult me I will end this session without any sort of second thought. Do not test me, sir. "
( His tone was calm, but still clearly stern. He did not take it lightly when people said such accusations about him, it made his blood boil- But it was always best to stay calm. )

( With a suddenly curious tone, Vincent leaned forward in his chair, glancing every so often around the room. His eyes finally rested on a camera, which he hissed at before it shut down. )
( As 049 thought before, this man clearly was delusional... just not in the ways guessed before. )

[👁️] the surrounding area was most certainly swarming with employees and task forces looking for two of the most dangerous entities on site
[👁️] the doctor had left that morning, to go get something, the shy guy was told... but he was beginning to become concerned about his friend's whereabouts
[👁️] that was until he heard the door begin to creak open and the familiar footsteps of his friend's boots on the old, rotting floor
[👁️] 096 sprung up excitedly, looking up for only a moment before he put his face back down, almost forgetting his quirk for a moment

{ 💉 } he was no fool nor was he disrespectful, so he made sure to keep his line of sight on the floor to make sure that he would not aggravate his friend. gesturing for 096 to come to him, he began to open the bag he placed down and looked through it
" come here please. i got something for you while i was out. "
" i believe this will make things easier for you.. i am nearly surprised the facility did not think about this before. "

" when we leave this house since we cannot stay here for too long, these will be helpful. "

Since he was always so pale due to the geostigma he had only one thing to think of when he was sick like this..and it was working on his own. Instead of listening to friends or anyone else even though he did care for them. He just wanted to be alone. Every day was getting harder and harder to get around by and he was sure the pain would eventually stop if he kept it up. While wandering off towards another town he happened to come across what he thought at first was some kind of creature. Reaching for his sword he was ready to strike it in case it happened to be a monster. 👍: 0 ⏩: 1

{S}CP-049 had been wondering around some sort of town that seemed to be completely abandoned, his eyes slowly scanning over each and every house. Only mere hours ago the entity was able to escape the Foundation that he was oh so used to being contained in, so he now had to look for a temporary place to stay before planning out what he wished to do with his newfound freedom. His searching was cut short however once he felt the presence of another slowly inch towards him, beginning to turn to face where he predicted they would be standing. He examined their appearance, glad that they seemed to be completely clean with no traces of the Pestilence. Thank goodness for that too, for it would have been probably impossible to cure someone who wielded a gigantic sword.

He flinched but looked over to someone who addressed him. He nodded his head in response to his greetings. Truly he wanted to get away as far as possible before anyone noticed that he was out here in the first place. "State your business..please..I..don't have much time.." He tried somewhat to keep his face hidden. "I have been..wanted for quite a while and the last thing i want to do is draw attention.."

He tilted his head a tad to the right once hearing what the other said, nearly confused. Why would they be wanted? They looked relatively innocent, but then again they did have a giant sword. Perhaps they were some sort of murder? He blinked a few times and cleared his head, not wanting to judge a book by its cover.
" I could say the same thing. Though my business is fairly.. Confidential... Not anything for a plebeian to know. Why are you here and why do you have such a weapon in your possession? "

"I keep a weapon in my possession because i need it for protection. You probably didn't notice..but there is alot of soldiers out here looking for me since i got geostigma. It's the illness i contained." He still looked sick even though it was not of the same illness. He leaned against the wall just trying to support himself while he was speaking to him. His body was growing weaker and he needed to rest. It was the only thing that could help now. "Now i have answered your questions. Why are you here..? It's dangerous around this area..you should leave and find safety.."

The man shivered once the word 'illness' left the other's lips, taking a few steps closer to examine the other once again. The disease they spoke of he had never heard of before, which almost excited him. Perhaps he could gain the other's trust so that he could learn more, since it could possibly be a new disease that had not been spread in the facility. He would need to learn of all new diseases since he was out of the laboratory now, after all every good doctor must be kept up to date.
" .. I am here to spread my cure. That sickness that you mentioned- ... If you come with me and protect me with that sword of yours, I can try to rid you of your sickness. "

He seemed confused but why not give it a try. He was already done with the feeling of his arm almost being torn off thanks to the emanating pain that rushed through his body giving him horrible visions. "You shouldn't touch it...you'll get it too...it's probably best if you admire it from a distance.." He clenched tightly to his sword. "If you want my assistance..then it's fine. I accept your proposal..since i need to. I cannot stay around too much..or they'll find me."

He made sure to not get too close since he obviously did not want to catch some disease he had never heard of, plus his credentials would be ruined if he were to ever get struck with a disease. Pleased that they accepted his proposal, he gave a small nod of approval and let out a small chuckle.
" Fantastic. Let us leave this place, since you say people are after you. "

The pain was rushing through his body as he moved towards a different route of where soldiers did not bother to look. "This way.. and don't fall behind.." He lead him to an old church that he resided sometimes. No soldier did ever bother to look there since there was usually nothing but flowers blooming there. He was tending to them often as well as staying hidden from everyone and everything. "We're safe here..if we got to keep moving i'll tell you where we should head off to.."
