I was stationed in Iwakuni for 2 months a couple years ago.

I spent 10 months studying at Waseda in Tokyo and 1 month as an intern in Osaka.
I think i remember you saying you were stationed in japan at some point. Is Atsugi in Okinawa? (I'm too lazy to look it up, haha)

The base is in the Kanagawa prefecture and is actually 4 miles away from the city of Atsugi. >.>;;
It's only a short train ride away from Tokyo as well. ^ ^

Ah! I'm back from falling off the edge of the earth. How are you liking Japan? Adjusting well? Addicted to conbini onigiri yet? Discovered any other addictive vices? Haha! Like mochi, mochi, mochi and Anko?
I'm thinking about coming to Tokyo this August. If I can make it, I will def be looking you guys up

Being here has only reinforced my addiction to curry and ramune... ^ ^;; Can't say I've had conbini onigiri; but I do like mochi.
We're only a stone's throw away from Tokyo. Let me know if / when you plan to visit and I look into getting some time off. Been to Akihabara yet? ^ ^
