Yes and no.
Yasuo Yamada is Lupin III Japanese voice actor and the anime character named Yasuo (in honor of the voice actor) who appeared in Green Vs Red only, is Lupin III's futur.
Have you seen Green vs Red? If yes, you can see in the end that the new Lupin III is Yasuo desguised (> the green ring)
