I'm not familiar to the rest of them, but I do know of 1216 and 317.
SCP-1216 is certainly very cool. The description of their biology is strange yet facinating, and has all of the hallmarks of a strange extradimensional species.
I do like the concept behind SCP-317, though I do wish there was more done with idea. The use of a pachycephalosaurid instead of a large-brained maniraptoran as a basis for the species was interesting though, because it raises a lot of questions as to how her species evolved intelligence. It would have been a great touch if there were a few attempted interview logs that took place prior to 317's passing.

At least I know that SCP-317 has her backstory explained in the Leak thread. I wish some of the secrets there could get more hints in the official articles or at least being revealed in a tale.
