Yeah, I'll tackle OCs as long as it's not anything pornographic or overly violent.

Price depends on what you want done. What are you thinking?
$20 - sketch, 1 toon, no background
$35 - linework, 1 toon, no background (free draft sketches included)
$70 - color, 1 toon, no background (free draft sketches included)

If you want more toons in a pic it's an $20 per additional toon.
Adding backgrounds begins at additional $40 and can very depending on complexity.
