hello! wow, welcome to deviantart. i hope you enjoy your stay :3
to add a donation pool, go to the top of your page, there will be an 'edit page' button . click on that, scroll down. there will be a section 'widgets you can add', find donation pool, (click on 'show all' because it is usually on the bottom) and then drag it anywhere on your page and click on done. then go to your page and then you can edit with a goal and description

this is for dA points. dA points can also be converted to $ though
