# About me

I'm a singer from Luxembourg who's currently teaching languages in order to finance my seemingly unattainable dreams. I hold an inexplicable love for obscure things and obscure people. In fact, everything in my life seems inexplicable and to stem from the supernatural. Perhaps it's just my overactive imagination, but sometimes I feel like a plaything for the gods or for the universe, though I do my best to break free from control.

Although I consider myself to be a misanthropist, I can be a nice person and am mostly rather pleasant. I hope you'll enjoy my art, if I ever make any worth seeing, and above all that you'll enjoy my music. My mission is to inspire and provoke feelings, whatever those feelings may be.

Well...maybe...I'm not good at drawing or anything, the stuff I uploaded was only for practice so that friends could tell me how to draw better, but basically I still suck :P (Lick) Although I have of coursed improved :D (Big Grin)

draw from life really, before I actually started doing art in college i was drawing fantasy anime crap and tbh it wasnt all that good when I look back at it, alot of the time the teachers dont teach you much just evaluate progress. So you learn by your self a big portion of the time.

after you can draw from life it gets alot easier to do everything else imo. So just train your hand eye coordination first and stuff :P (Lick)

That's actually probably the best advice I've ever gotten...

In 7th year my average in art was 10 and the teacher said I should study it but I dunno, I guess I don't have that much confidence in my technical skills. It's a shame (according to my teacher anyway) because I could probably be creative :( (Sad)

I think the reason why I love drawing manga so much is that it's easy but pretty you know? I like how the lines are defined and there's a silhouette (mostly) which can be nicely coloured in XD maybe I'm lazy! But when I went to Brazil I took some drawing classes and my teacher made me train my hand eye coordination and he was all "if you can draw a decent realistic picture, you'll be able to draw a manga masterpiece, so get training!" I did improve a bit :D (Big Grin)

When I remember where I actually put my art stuff I'll scan/take pictures of the things I did in school ^_^ you motivate me to practice!

cool thats what I hope to do for many :P (Lick) but your teacher is right btw, once you can draw from life you can bring that over to whatever, and dont worry about technical, technical is boring try exploring your mediums instead of confining them.
