It depends on which images you speak of. A lot of my titles and headers are hand drawn. Sometimes I have text from free or generic fonts but I prefer to draw custom text by hand for that added flare.

I was specifically talking about these two. Sharp designs usually catch my eye and when I saw your Queen No More story on fimfic I got curious as to whether that font was something like a modified dafont file or completely built from scratch.

Well thanks but not to be rude or anything but... all I get is the outline and nothing else, I think it bugged. Just to note, I always see people uploading them in the sta.sh, but I don't know if that makes the difference.

The stash is basically just an unpublished dumpzone. It doesn't make a difference for these kinds of things. As for the SVG, there is nothing wrong with it. Just save it and use it as you would any SVG file. I assume that because you asked for one you know how to use SVGs.

Yeah I know how to use svgs, that's not the issue. It's that when I click on the download button, or even right click and save as, this is what I get: imgur.com/UKMNUzq
Even in the code of the svg, there's only the flare path:

If you need the finished product, use the PNG. If you need to build it yourself, use the SVG. I can't help you if you do not know how to use an image manipulation program. You might want to consider taking classes or tutorials.

I've started drawing them and I've already finished the base. If you give me details like color and mane style then I can take the base of the mare up to a complete pony. If not, then I'll just release Butterscotch and the mare base as individual images (you can combine them after completing the base).
