You need to come and check out concept art.com it is amazing! I've just been a lurking on that site until now and the community is really helpful if you want to improve your art! They also have free resources to online books from people like loomis, bridgeman, and hogarth.
On there I have just been going on the sketchbook section and it's inspiring to see people improve over time! This sketchbook is my favorite-[link]
