Ahh, sorry! I had commissioned someone to do 250hp for him, but due to Internet problems they're gonna be a while. I'll be adding him in all the art I do for now, so he should be average in about a week or so! I'm so sorry it's taken so long ;;

omg- I forgot to write out the permissions after I got his AOAs OTL
I'll write those up in a bit, when I get back to my computer !

Hmm... He has 45.5HP now, I commissioned a couple of lit for him literally just now, where the writer states it should be done in a week or so, and what I've been waiting on this whole time is 250HP, but the artist is apparently having internet troubles.
But in the meantime, I'll be dropping him into my explores, so hopefully he'll be average in about a week, tops ! ; w ;

As much as I wouldn't mind, I don't think the artist is active, so I don't think you can get their permission ? If you do manage to get a hold of them, and they agree, its fine with me ! ; w ;
