I'm a Pre-Apprentice. Yes, i'm part of the army :D What is that you might ask? It means I'm a Falconer Apprentice in training. Still don't know what I'm talking about? Look up falconry. You will have done your "Learn One Thing A Day" requirement. Being a Pre-Apprentice and an artist, I draw Raptors (Birds Of Prey) a lot. I am also a hobby feather collector :P 2 years until I can take the falconry test :)

Birds of prey are migratory birds, so it'll illegal for her to possess and import a wing. She (or rather, her parents) would be fined over $20,000 and possibly face prison if caught.
Unfortunately, the Americans are very, very strict on their bird laws so anything from a bird of prey, whether a wing or even a single feather, is completely illegal for her to own.
Sorry to be such a spoil sport, but it's really much better to be safe than sorry with these things.

Never sold something outside europe and don't want to harm anybody.
I found the two young sparrowhawks dead below the tree they hatched in a few meters behind my house and was very fascinated of them so I took them with me.
I aswell asked the hunters after that and am now allowed to take what I find unless it's a roe buck skull or a flueless deer. I also report to them if I find something. So I'm verified about my stuff but don't know the laws of other countrys and so just can trust what the people tell me.
Would not allowed taxidermy stuff even arrives there? I thought it would be seized anyway if it doesn't fit the laws.

I don't believe there's a problem with you owning or selling the items at all within your country, it's purely on the US side of things it's illegal.
They would seize it yes, but like I say, they'll fine the person it was being sent to - in this case an 11 year old girl, so they'd fine her parents a huge sum anyway. Even if she was found in possession of it years later, she'd still be in huge trouble.
If they did seize it, it'd probably be destroyed. So no one wins.

There is a small problem, I traded the 2 feathers :/ I wasn't sure if you where able to ship to the US.... But if you where looking for magpie, silver fox tail, rabbit fur scraps, indian roller feathers, tragopan, monal, peacock and more, just note me for the rest
